Foldable Pot Lid Drip Tray

A pan lid taken off mid simmer has nowhere to go that is not a worktop and a puddle. This tray takes the lid flat with concentric channels that funnel condensation into a well rather than across the counter. The versions with the raised stand add an upright rest for a spoon or spatula, so one small piece covers both problems.
