A traditional bristle brush traps everything it touches and then sits in a puddle. This head is moulded from flexible silicone with a non stick surface, so it rinses clean under the flush and sheds water instead of holding it. The wall mounted base sticks on without drilling and keeps the brush off the floor, which is the part that gets grimy.
